Greetings from your CCPOA, Inc. Board. We wish all a Merry Christmas and a Happy
New Year!

We remind those who have yet to pay their 2025 Annual dues, they were due by
November 10, 2025. After that date a late fee of $10.00 has been assessed. If you have
yet to pay, please send a check or stop by and pay in person to any member of the
board. Your dues are now $34.60 which includes a $10 dollar late fee. Please make checks out to CCPOA, Inc.

Dues for next year are $29.00

We are offering anyone who wishes to participate the opportunity to attend quarterly
CCPOA, Inc. Board Meetings. The meetings will begin at 7:00 PM and are expected to
last up to 1 hour. Dates are as follows:

January 13, 2026
April 7, 2026
July 7, 2026
October 6, 2026

Neighborhood nuisances, i.e. late-night barking of dogs

Anyone wishing to place items on the agenda will need to submit them in writing
through the ccpoainc.com website, https://ccpoainc.com 1 week prior to the meeting.
